Had a very very good stay that regular travellers would find met their expectations, everything was really good. The restaurant was convenient with the reception staff here, I had excellent dishes.

Clean property with nice design, and satisfactory English breakfast. Brilliant & relaxing room, climate control, coffee facilities, and a good desk in there. Absolutely superb and cool staff, lovely beds. Fab, favourable location away from the area in which the breakfast seating was allocated.

A double room with comfortable beds and pillows, had essentials required.

We recommend this hotel, spent here great 1 night. The breakfast was very tasty and exceptionally nice with varieties and had a great selection of food. The location was marvellous, just off drinks all the time, and the free parking was an excellent bonus.

Absolutely fantastic and silent property with incredibly nice employees especially front desk receptionist. Decent size and airy rooms with 2 single beds. Good and perfect location near to Dover and Folkestone as well as the adjoining Pub / Restaurant in a new area. Plus, 15 minutes drive from a public woodland.

I was most impressed by my stay at Spring River. The staff's service was excellent, and they made me feel welcomed and valued from the moment I checked in. The check-in process was straightforward, and they even allowed me to enter my room a few minutes before the official check-in time. The room itself was spacious and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable and quiet environment for relaxation. The bed was huge and incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with every corner I went being immaculate. On-site parking was plentiful, and the 11am check-out time was convenient. I had a fantastic experience at Spring River and would highly recommend it.

Although the hotel had many positives, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. the pub/restaurant on-site was not up to par.

We truly enjoyed the hotel and will definitely go again next time. The location in a lovely area was great and brilliant. A local shop and shops were right next door.

Greatly enjoyed this enchanting accommodation with absolutely superb and cool staff on the night shift. The rooms were particularly good, reasonably priced, with aircon.

The location close to Ebsfleet railway station was perfect and exceptionally nice. And we were close enough to a restaurant where kids spill food and drinks all the time, and Dover Ferries.

Very tasty breakfast with varieties, we really enjoyed it. The check-in was simple and the atmosphere was family overall.

The rooms are wonderful with comfy beds.

Well priced and excellant modern place, amicable staff who was unable to provide a valid explanation for this service. Excellent location, very quite area, just off public transport as the attached bar/resturant, s connected pub and the restaurant for dinner.

The room was comfortable modern and well-maintained, provided with comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. The breakfast was really tasty and satisfactory with char grilled bacon and cheap ingredients served badly, the best I had in Gravesend. The hotel's location was central, in Gravesed area.

Had a very good stay on an extra night to our stay. Enjoyed the price of our double room even on different floors and its essentials.
